Get the whole picture

For Australian leaders who need useful progress, a clear scope and a team that can own the result.

What changes for your business

Less uncertainty. More useful progress.

We turn a business problem into a clear decision and a deliverable your team can use. That might mean finding answers across company knowledge, removing manual CRM work or improving how customer enquiries reach the right person.

Bring the work that keeps slowing you down.

Your sales team searches several systems before a customer call. Operations copies the same details between tools. Managers get conflicting answers because reports use different definitions. These are useful starting points because the work, delay and owner can be identified.

We map the current process, understand its exceptions and establish a baseline. You receive a recommendation on what to change first and whether AI is needed at all.

Advice that can become a working system.

Paloren offers strategy, implementation and training separately or as a connected engagement. We can build a permission-aware company brain, connect CRM and business applications, automate handovers, or create chat and voice agents with an escalation path.

Custom applications and websites can form part of the workflow when an existing product is not enough. We scope the operational job, integration requirements and ownership before selecting the interface.

The work, made concrete

  1. 01

Company knowledge: answers linked to approved sources and access rules.

  2. 02

CRM and automation: less re-entry, clearer ownership and consistent follow-up.

  3. 03

Customer conversations: useful answers, qualification and a route to a person.

  4. 04

Team training: practical exercises using approved tools and relevant tasks.

A partner for a defined improvement.

Our implementation focus is mid-market businesses and smaller companies with enough budget to build and maintain the right system. You will need an internal owner and access to people who understand the work. Training is available to teams of any size.

A large multi-country transformation or specialist model-research programme may need a different delivery team. We would rather establish that early than stretch a focused engagement into the wrong shape.

Next: Know what you are committing to.

Know what you are committing to.

Strategy engagements are USD 12k to 25k over 3 to 4 weeks. First implementation projects are typically USD 25k to 100k over 2 to 10 weeks. Training is scoped separately.

A proposal should identify deliverables, exclusions, acceptance tests, software costs, change control and support. We agree Australian working-hour overlap and review your data-processing and procurement requirements before delivery.

Next: Leave with ownership, not dependency.

Leave with ownership, not dependency.

The handover must explain how the system works, who can change it and what happens when it fails. We include evaluation, documentation and operator training in the agreed scope, and distinguish ongoing support from the initial build.

Judge the result against the baseline you selected: time to complete a task, manual handovers, answer quality or another measure your team can observe. Expanding the system is a separate decision, informed by what the first release actually does.

A clear way forward

Not just an answer. A next step.

Stage 01 / 04

Signal

Find the work worth improving and establish what happens today.

What you take forward

An agreed business outcome and baseline.

A bounded scope with acceptance criteria and named owners.

A documented next step, with costs and responsibilities visible.

Tell us what is getting in the way. We will establish the right first step before proposing a build.

Before we talk

Good questions.
Clear answers.

What does an AI consultant do for our business?

We identify where AI or automation can improve a specific workflow, assess the systems and information involved, define the delivery scope and help implement and adopt the change. The output should be a useful decision or working capability, not only a presentation.

Can you work with our existing systems?

We assess available APIs, permissions, data quality and operating constraints before committing to an integration. We prefer to improve the systems that already serve the business where they are suitable.

Do you have an Australian office?

Paloren is a global practice delivering remotely to Australian businesses. We agree working-hour overlap, communication and escalation arrangements during scoping. Any onsite delivery is agreed separately; this page does not imply an Australian office.

Are your prices in Australian dollars?

Our published ranges are in USD, not AUD. Your proposal confirms billing currency, applicable taxes and any travel, software, usage or support charges. We do not present our prices as Australian market averages.

Will our information stay in Australia?

That depends on the agreed architecture and providers. Before implementation, we document storage and processing locations, subprocessors, permissions and retention requirements for your team to review. An Australian customer or supplier does not automatically mean Australian-only processing.

Now, let us hear your side.
