What you choose to send.

The interactive Paloren persona guides you through a business inquiry. The submission includes your name, email and message, plus any company, role, desired outcomes, budget range, timing and attachments you provide. Please do not include passwords, credentials, sensitive personal information or confidential business data.

When it is sent.

On final submission with consent, the site sends those details and attached files to its inquiry API. The API creates a reference ID and timestamp, attempts a private stored copy in Cloudflare with a 90-day automatic expiry, and sends the inquiry by email to aaron@louder.online for Paloren to review. Email delivery can proceed if the stored copy is unavailable. Attachments are never published as site assets.

The current flow accepts up to three PDF or Word attachments, each up to 2 MB and no more than 3 MB combined. Selected files are prepared in browser memory before the final send. A success screen means the inquiry was accepted for email delivery or saved successfully. It does not mean someone has already read it or that work has been agreed.

What happens next.

Paloren reviews the brief and may contact you about the outcomes you selected. Follow-up, scope, commercial terms and schedule must be agreed separately. Stored copies expire automatically after 90 days. Emailed copies are held in the recipient mailbox and are not covered by that automatic expiry.

Details still to be resolved.

The legal entity responsible for the site and a dedicated privacy contact have not yet been confirmed here. That is an unresolved launch requirement, not a completed privacy notice. Please defer submitting personal information if you need those details or a privacy-request channel first.

This description covers the inquiry submission, not a complete assessment of hosting logs, processor terms or every licensed component. Those details, mailbox retention and the process for access or deletion requests still require review.
