1. Who we are

This website is operated by Leader Way Limited, trading as Paloren ("we", "us"), of 26th Floor, Beautiful Group Tower, 77 Connaught Road Central, Central, Hong Kong. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. What the website is for

The site describes our services and lets you send us a brief. It is information, not advice. Nothing on it creates a contract, a consultancy relationship or a duty of care. Work starts only when a written scope has been agreed and signed by both parties.

3. Prices, durations and examples

Prices and durations shown on the site (for example "USD 25k to 100k, 2 to 10 weeks") are indicative ranges to help you plan. They are not quotes. A quote is only the figure in a written proposal, and it may differ from the ranges here once we understand your systems and scope.

Worked examples, sample answers, sample conversations and the readiness scorecard are illustrations of method. They use invented data and do not describe any client, result or guarantee.

4. The Paloren character and the enquiry flow

The on-screen character named Paloren is a scripted AI presentation, not a person and not a live decision-maker. Anything you tell it is read by a member of our team. Do not send passwords, credentials or confidential material through the enquiry flow or the form; use the email address on the legal notice to arrange a secure channel first.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design, films, the Paloren character, its voice and its dialogue, the code and the trade marks on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read, link to and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy the character, reuse the films or audio, scrape the site, or use its content to train a machine-learning model without our written permission.

Third-party marks shown on the site (including IBM, Ford, LG, Unilever, Jaguar, Coca-Cola, Chelsea FC, Entrepreneur, Salesforce, HubSpot, Forbes, OpenAI and Anthropic) belong to their owners and identify the experience, publications and partner programmes of the people behind Paloren. They do not imply endorsement of Paloren by those organisations.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the site or the enquiry API, submit false or abusive briefs, or upload malware. We rate-limit and may block traffic that does. The inquiry endpoint accepts at most three PDF or Word attachments, 2 MB each, 3 MB combined.

7. Links and related businesses

The site links to Louder (louder.online), a related business, and to third-party author profiles and publications. We are not responsible for the content or policies of other sites. A link is not an endorsement.

8. No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will be. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content, including indirect and consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Liability under a client engagement is governed by that engagement’s written agreement, not by these terms.

9. Changes

We may change the site and these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the website are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction.
