Our commitment

Leader Way Limited, trading as Paloren, wants everyone to be able to read this site and send us a brief. We work to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This statement was last reviewed on 15 September 2026.

What works

  • Every page is server-rendered text first. The films, the interactive examples and the Paloren character are layered on top; with JavaScript off you still get every word, every heading and a way to contact us.
  • The Paloren conversation runs in text mode ("Same conversation. Sound off.") and has a typed alternative: the short form, opened from the arrival screen or the "Prefer to type?" control, works with a keyboard and a screen reader.
  • Motion respects your operating system’s reduced-motion setting, and every film has a pause control. Text-mode conversation shows the script as text rather than relying on audio.
  • Headings, landmarks, labels and focus order are structured for screen readers. Links and buttons have visible focus states. Colour contrast on text meets AA.
  • Video content on the site is decorative or paired with the same information in text; it carries no information that exists only in the picture.

Known limitations

We know about these and are working on them:

  • The Paloren conversation is a licensed interactive component in an embedded frame. Its typed-text animation and choice buttons are keyboard-operable, but the experience is slower with a screen reader than the plain form. Use the form if that suits you better.
  • The scroll-driven films on the home page and the inner pages use motion to reveal copy. With reduced motion enabled the copy is shown without the film; on some older browsers the reveal can lag.
  • A small number of the interactive example widgets rely on pointer hover to show source detail. The same detail is present in the page text.

Alternative formats

If any page is hard to use, email aaron@paloren.ai and we will send the content as plain text or a PDF, or talk you through it on a call. We reply within one business day.
