Cookies

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may use necessary security storage for abuse prevention. Choosing a live AI call loads Cloudflare Turnstile and the browser call transport. These provide the requested security and calling functions, not advertising.

Browser storage we do use

Two entries, both essential to the page working, both staying on your device:

• sessionStorage, "paloren-load-retry": a timestamp written only if part of the site fails to load, so the automatic reload happens once instead of looping. Cleared when you close the tab.
• localStorage, "lisa-muted": whether you chose to run the Paloren conversation with sound off, so it stays off next time. Set only after you make that choice.

Analytics and advertising

There is no Google Analytics, Meta pixel, LinkedIn Insight tag, Hotjar, Plausible or similar. If we add measurement in future it will be described here first, and it will be consent-based where the law requires it.

Server logs and infrastructure

The site is served by Cloudflare. Standard server logs record the request, your IP address, browser type and timestamp for security and reliability. We do not use them for marketing or profiling. Cloudflare may set a security cookie during a challenge; that only happens if it suspects automated abuse.

What the enquiry flow stores

Written conversation answers stay in the page until you send the brief. Starting an optional live call sends the precall brief and begins recorded audio processing after microphone permission. The email-ideas option is separate and not selected by default. What happens after submission is in the privacy page.
