Inside Paloren
AI voice agents
Miss fewer opportunities. Not another ringing phone.
Busy team, after-hours calls, callbacks waiting? We build AI voice agents and AI receptionists that answer routine questions, capture the opportunity and connect callers to bookings or the right person. The AI phone agent introduces itself as AI and transfers the caller with a transcript.
For service and sales teams that cannot be on every call.
01 / 04Answer the opportunity
Capture the call when your team is unavailable.
We build an AI voice agent around the calls you want to handle: reception, routine questions, requested callbacks or booking. It introduces itself as AI and helps the caller take a useful next step.
What this can change for your team
- Keep a useful response available when your team cannot pick up.
- Spend less staff time on routine reception and call capture.
- Put call summaries and follow-up into the customer workflow.
Where this can start
- Handle inbound questions and route callers with a useful summary rather than a cold transfer.
- Provide after-hours reception and booking flow, with known contacts reaching a person during business hours.
- Follow up on a requested callback or consented inquiry and capture the outcome with call context.
- Summarise calls, record agreed next steps and prepare reviewed CRM updates.
02 / 04Understand the need
Design the conversation around what your team needs.
We design the questions around what your team needs to act: the reason for calling, the service required and the preferred follow-up. Identity checks come before disclosing private account information.
- AI voice agent
- What would you like to discuss, and may the account team contact you about it?
- Caller
- A support issue. Yes, please ask them to call me.
An AI workflow. No live call, microphone access or account lookup.
03 / 04Connect the follow-up
Turn the call into a next step.
We connect the conversation to your booking and CRM workflow. Requests reach the right owner, confirmed actions depend on successful checks, and failed connections have a clear fallback.
- AI voice agent
- I can pass on a request for Tuesday morning. The team will confirm a time with you.
- Caller
- That works. Thank you.
Requested time only. No confirmed appointment or real booking.
04 / 04Give people a head start
Transfer the call with the story attached.
When a caller needs judgement, we pass the summary and relevant transcript to your team. Live transfer or a clearly explained follow-up keeps the handover useful without promising unavailable staff.
- Request prepared
- Callback requested and permitted. Topic: support issue. Preferred time: Tuesday morning. No account details disclosed.
- Next owner
- Account team. Confirm availability and contact the caller.
The person receives the request, transcript and permission to follow up.
The caller gets a next step. Your team gets the context.
A voice agent designed around your callers and the AI receptionist role you need. Typical pilot: 4 to 8 weeks, USD 25k to 60k.
Connected calls, knowledge, bookings and CRM updates for HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Calendly, Google Calendar, Microsoft Bookings and Twilio-class telephony.
A rollout plan covering disclosure, consent, calling windows and monitoring, agreed for the markets you serve.
What happens to the calls your team cannot take?
Tell Paloren about your call volume, peak times and what you want handled automatically. We review the call journey, integrations and disclosure requirements, then follow up within one business day with a pilot outline.
Reply from the team within one business day. No deck, no technical brief needed.
Is this the right fit?
Paloren works globally. Implementation is primarily for mid-market businesses and smaller companies with a viable scope, budget and operating owner. Training is available to companies of every size worldwide.
The delivery detail
Qualification, booking and follow-up that respect the caller, with a human handover when it matters.
Find the work worth changing
We walk through the bottleneck with your team, understand its cost to the business and agree what a useful improvement looks like.
Make the plan clear
You get a defined first release, the systems it involves and the decisions we need from you. We choose the technology around the job, not the other way round.
Build it around your people
We build and test with the people who will use it, including the awkward cases. You see how the work changes before a wider rollout.
Make it part of the working day
We prepare your team, document the system and agree who maintains it. Training, handover and support are planned before launch.

What would an inbound booking sound like?
Hi, I am a sample AI assistant. I can help prepare a discovery booking. What would you like the team to understand before the conversation? A person will confirm availability. This is a demonstration, not a phone call.

Questions to ask before you commit
How does the AI introduce itself?
In the first sentence, as AI, with your company name. No pretending to be a person. Within about 10 seconds the caller knows what it can do (book, take a message, route) and how to reach a human. We write that opening with you and test it on real callers during the pilot.
Can you integrate with our phone system?
Yes. We connect to HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Calendly, Google Calendar and Microsoft Bookings, and to your phone system through Twilio-class telephony APIs or a SIP trunk. We confirm what your current provider supports in week 1 of the pilot, before anything is built.
What happens when the caller needs help from a person?
We pass the full conversation transcript, the caller's input and any account details on handover. The live agent gets 3 to 5 minutes of context instead of starting from zero.
How long is the pilot?
Typical pilots run 4 to 8 weeks from kick-off to a working first release. We measure call handling, escalation paths and integration stability before wider rollout.
