Inside Paloren
Yes, the head on the television is AI.
How this website uses AI, and how we use it in our work.
The Paloren character is a scripted AI presentation with a synthetic voice; a person reads every brief. What is automated, what is not, and how the systems we build disclose themselves.
For visitors who want to know when they are talking to software, and for buyers who want to know how we treat the question in our own builds.
Version dated 15 September 2026. Operated by Leader Way Limited, trading as Paloren.
The Paloren character
The standard character conversation uses a pre-written script and synthetic voice. The separate live-call option uses a language model to respond to your voice in real time. Both identify Paloren as AI and hand your inquiry to people. A live answer can be mistaken and is not a binding quote, guarantee or professional opinion.
It introduces itself as Paloren, the company name. It is not a person, and it is not a substitute for one. Every brief sent through it is read by a member of the team, who replies within one business day.
Live calls and booking
A live call is recorded and transcribed after you choose to start it. Paloren can discuss the services described on this site, gather your brief and request real calendar availability when booking is configured. An appointment is confirmed only when the calendar accepts it. Otherwise the team arranges the next step.
Vapi coordinates the call using Daily audio transport, Deepgram transcription, OpenAI responses and the Inworld Ashley voice. The CRM receives the call context, transcript, summary and recording reference for team review. There is no automatic permission for outbound calls, SMS or marketing.
The readiness scorecard
The scorecard on the AI readiness page is a fixed set of twelve questions with a simple points rule (two for yes, one for partly, none for no). No model is involved. The band and the recommendations are written in advance. If you ask for the full read-out, a person writes it.
The chat assistant
A small language-model assistant exists behind the site to answer routine questions about our services. It is not used in the current enquiry flow. If we enable it, it will say it is AI at the start of the conversation and will not collect personal data without asking.
How we use AI to make this site and our work
We use AI tools in drafting copy, code and design, in the same way we recommend to clients: directed by a person, checked by a person, and signed off by a person. Factual claims about the company, the founders and the numbers on this site are ours, not a model’s. The films and stills were produced with generative video tools and human art direction.
The systems we build for clients
Every AI voice agent, chatbot or assistant we build introduces itself as AI in its first sentence, offers a route to a person, and keeps a transcript the client can review. Decisions that affect a customer, an employee or money stay with a named person. We design to the transparency duties in the EU AI Act and the equivalent expectations in the markets we serve, and we tell clients when a use case needs a legal opinion before it goes live.
