What changes for your business
Turn a document pile into a checked answer your team can reuse.
Paloren trains your people on the work they need to improve, using an approved Claude environment. We help the team produce a useful output, review it and repeat the method after the workshop. Training can stand alone or connect to a separately scoped implementation.

Claude training / Canada
Start with a task worth improving.
A policy comparison, a customer brief or a proposal review is more useful than a collection of clever prompts. Participants practise giving Claude the relevant context, separating source facts from interpretation and preserving the exception that changes a decision.
Before the session, your manager identifies a common task and supplies suitable sample material. We agree the expected output and a checking standard. Participants attempt the task, practise the method and compare the result. A confident demonstration is not the same as an independently completed exercise.

What your team actually practises.
This is a proposed teaching exercise, not a customer result. We adapt the material and difficulty to your roles. Sensitive information is not needed to make the practice realistic.
The work, made concrete
- 01
A sanitised policy pack with two versions and a deliberate exception.
- 02
A source-linked change summary, an uncertainty list and a decision brief.
- 03
The reviewer checks every material statement against the supplied documents.
| Format | Useful when | Evidence to take forward |
|---|---|---|
| Half day | One bounded task needs a shared method | A checked individual exercise |
| Full day | The team needs practice, revision and a second attempt | Before-and-after work with reviewer feedback |
| Department programme | Several related workflows need manager-supported adoption | A workplace trial and agreed review criteria |

Choose the format by the work, not the headcount alone.
A half-day workshop starts from USD 4,500 for 3.5 hours. A full day starts from USD 7,500 for 6.5 hours. Workshop cohorts are 6 to 16 people. A department programme starts from USD 18k over 4 to 6 weeks.
These are Paloren USD prices, not AUD or Australian market averages. The proposal confirms preparation, delivery, agreed follow-up, taxes and any travel. Software subscriptions are separate. We recommend a format after understanding the task and starting skill level.
Next: Plan delivery for Canada.Claude training / Canada
Plan delivery for Canada.
Canadian teams may work across multiple provincial time zones. Record each cohort's location and daylight-saving arrangements when scheduling. English delivery is the default for this page; French-language facilitation, materials or accessibility requirements must be agreed rather than assumed.
Confirm billing currency, applicable tax treatment and any travel in the proposal. Privacy, public-sector and professional requirements can depend on the organisation and province. Your responsible owner approves those requirements and any cross-border processing before practice uses real information.
A distributed operations team assembles a customer handover from records created by two offices. Participants check time-zone context, ownership and the latest instruction before drafting the next action. This is a constructed training example, not a client result.
Next: Make the learning survive the workshop.Claude training / Canada
Make the learning survive the workshop.
Your team takes forward the exercise material, reusable instructions and a review checklist within the agreed scope. The manager selects a low-risk workplace trial, names a reviewer and checks whether quality holds when the trainer is not in the room.
Useful measures include completion time with review included, rework, missed facts and the proportion of staff who can complete the task independently. We agree the baseline before quoting a productivity improvement. Wider adoption, account rollout and integration can follow as separate decisions.

Before we talk
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Can beginners join Claude training?
Yes. We assess the starting point and group people appropriately. A shared foundation and a more advanced workflow workshop should not assume the same experience.
Can you train an enterprise department or a small business?
Yes. Training is available to companies of every size. Cohort size, preparation, delivery format and follow-up are agreed around the work.
Can we use customer files?
Only when your information owner approves the material, account and processing arrangements. Sanitised or constructed examples are the default when approval is unavailable.
Is this vendor-certified training?
This is practical Paloren-led training. It is not presented as a vendor certification, a software licence or an official partnership programme.
How is training delivered in Canada?
Canadian teams may work across multiple provincial time zones. Record each cohort's location and daylight-saving arrangements when scheduling. English delivery is the default for this page; French-language facilitation, materials or accessibility requirements must be agreed rather than assumed. Onsite availability, travel and access are confirmed separately. No local office is implied.
