Choose the work that matters
A relevant task. A review your team can trust.
A tool demonstration is not enough for a team that works with specialised information and decisions. Choose a sector to see the task, input and human check we would propose. Then scope the delivery around your organisation in Canada. The global sector guides describe the method; this page sets out the local delivery questions.

16 ways into the work
Canada / Industry training
Keep sector practice specific.
Mining and logistics teams need reliable handovers. Engineering and architecture practices need source-aware document review. Professional firms need clear confidentiality and judgement boundaries. Education, healthcare and government teams need their own owners to approve the information and intended use.
The exercise changes with the work. A general-purpose tool does not remove the relevant professional, safety or organisational responsibilities. We use synthetic or approved material and define what remains outside scope.

Canadian teams may work across multiple provincial time zones. Record each cohort's location and daylight-saving arrangements when scheduling. English delivery is the default for this page; French-language facilitation, materials or accessibility requirements must be agreed rather than assumed.
Next: Agree procurement and information requirements.Canada / Industry training
Agree procurement and information requirements.
Confirm billing currency, applicable tax treatment and any travel in the proposal. Privacy, public-sector and professional requirements can depend on the organisation and province. Your responsible owner approves those requirements and any cross-border processing before practice uses real information.
Identify the account administrator, information owner and reviewer before training. Confirm licences and access. Any client information, recording, sensitive material or system connection needs explicit approval. Where that is unavailable, the exercise remains constructed or sanitised.

A local delivery example to discuss.
A distributed operations team assembles a customer handover from records created by two offices. Participants check time-zone context, ownership and the latest instruction before drafting the next action.
This is a proposed exercise, not evidence of a past client engagement. We adapt it to the role and review standard. Participants must preserve the unresolved question rather than manufacture an answer. The manager then chooses a low-risk workplace trial with a review date.

Choose the format and measure the work.
A half-day workshop supports a bounded task. A full day allows feedback and another attempt. Department programmes support related tasks and manager-owned adoption. Standard published workshop ranges start at USD 4,500 for a half day and USD 7,500 for a full day, with 6 to 16 participants; the proposal confirms scope, follow-up, travel and taxes.
Compare accepted work, total task time, material errors and rework before and after practice. Do not assume that completion certificates or prompt counts demonstrate a return. Integration, custom applications and production automation are separate scopes from training.

Before we talk
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Can you deliver onsite in Canada?
Onsite work is subject to location, dates, trainer availability, travel and site-access agreement. Remote delivery is also available. This page does not imply a local office.
Do you provide sector accreditation?
No accreditation, certification or professional authorisation is implied. We teach a practical working method within the boundaries agreed with your organisation.
Does every industry have a different course?
The shared method covers task definition and checking. Sector practice changes the material, output and review standard. The proposed programme is scoped to your team rather than an assumed catalogue of accredited courses.
