What changes for your business
Less preparation. Better-checked work.
A matter summary can be compelling and still be wrong. Training develops a source-checking method for chronology, document preparation and internal briefs, while the lawyer remains responsible for the work.
Paloren builds the workshop around a task your people recognise. We agree the source material, the expected output and the review standard before choosing the exercise. People practise completing the whole job, including checking, rather than watching a trainer produce a good-looking answer.

Prepare a verified matter chronology
A proposed teaching exercise starts with a fictional document set with conflicting dates and a claim not supported by any document. Participants produce a chronology with source references, unresolved conflicts and a list of assertions needing verification.
The lawyer checks every material event and refuses to treat an unsupported assertion as a fact. This is a constructed exercise, not a client outcome. Your own example can replace it when the information owner approves the material and the tool. The purpose is to expose an error while it is cheap to correct, then give the team a method for noticing it in everyday work.

Know where the responsibility stays.
The exercise does not provide legal advice, establish privilege protection or authorise unverified citations in client or court documents.
We set explicit information and action boundaries for the workshop. Participants learn to recognise when the tool lacks evidence, when a question belongs with a specialist and when a draft needs to stop. If there is no approved environment for sensitive work, we use constructed or sanitised material rather than assume permission.
Tool access is confirmed before booking. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot have different account and feature requirements; the chosen exercise must fit the approved environment, not require everyone to open a personal account.
| Stage | What must be clear |
|---|---|
| Before practice | A fictional document set with conflicting dates and a claim not supported by any document |
| Expected output | A chronology with source references, unresolved conflicts and a list of assertions needing verification |
| Human check | The lawyer checks every material event and refuses to treat an unsupported assertion as a fact. |
| Outside scope | The exercise does not provide legal advice, establish privilege protection or authorise unverified citations in client or court documents. |

A programme that fits the working day.
Use fictional or approved material. Your firm sets the confidentiality, supervision and professional obligations that govern any later workplace trial.
A half day focuses on a bounded task and shared review method. A full day allows practice, feedback and a second attempt. A department programme adds manager-supported workplace trials across related tasks. We can adapt cohort timing and the delivery format, but participation and a reviewer still need protected time.
Remote delivery can serve teams across markets. Onsite work is subject to dates, trainer availability, access and travel agreement. We do not imply local offices or specialist site clearances that have not been confirmed.
Next: Measure the whole task, not just the draft.Law Firms / Team training
Measure the whole task, not just the draft.
Before training, take a sample of the task as it is performed today. Record preparation time, checking time, rework and important errors. After practice, compare another suitable sample using the same criteria and reviewer.
Time released is capacity, not automatically cash savings. If the work still needs substantial correction, the answer may be better instructions, better information or a different task. The manager decides whether to expand, revise or stop the workplace trial. A satisfaction score alone does not establish productivity or safety.

What you receive and what it costs.
Paloren workshops start from USD 4,500 for a 3.5 hours half day and from USD 7,500 for a 6.5 hours full day. Standard workshop cohorts are 6 to 16 people. Department programmes start from USD 18k over 4 to 6 weeks.
All published prices are USD. The proposal confirms preparation, agreed materials, delivery, follow-up, travel and taxes. Software licences, bespoke integrations and independent assurance are not assumed to be included. The first discussion identifies the task and scope before a booking is proposed.

Before we talk
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Is this specialist law firms advice?
The exercise does not provide legal advice, establish privilege protection or authorise unverified citations in client or court documents. The training teaches a working method; the relevant professional and organisational responsibilities remain with your team.
Can we bring our own documents?
Yes, when the information owner approves the account, content and processing arrangement. Otherwise we work with sanitised or constructed examples.
Can you train a small team or an enterprise department?
Yes. Training serves companies of every size. We adapt preparation, cohorts and practice difficulty to the people and work involved.
Will we leave with a production system?
Not necessarily. A workshop produces learning and agreed practice material. A connected production system needs separately scoped integration, testing, ownership and support.
Which country can you deliver in?
Remote delivery is available globally, with working-hour overlap agreed. Onsite location, travel, access and trainer availability must be confirmed in the proposal.
Which recurring task should the team handle better?
