The work in plain language

Follow the source. Then form the view.

Claude training for business teams is practical learning for document analysis, structured writing and repeatable tasks using Claude. Paloren teaches learners to prepare source material, give clear instructions, distinguish evidence from interpretation and review the output. Exercises use fictional or approved documents and include an independent assessment and follow-up. No coding background is needed for this programme. Approved access and available functions are checked beforehand. Developer workflows belong in Claude Code training, while connecting company systems requires a separately scoped implementation.

01 / 04Claude training

Teach a document method, not a claim of perfect recall

Claude training focuses on how a team prepares and reviews document-based work. Learners begin with a fictional policy pack containing two versions and a deliberate exception. They identify the authoritative source before requesting a summary, then check whether the output preserves the exception and distinguishes old guidance from current material. The exercise does not assume that supplying a large document guarantees complete understanding. Participants learn to divide a broad question into reviewable tasks and ask for evidence references they can inspect. The useful habit is controlled reading and checking, not treating a fluent summary as proof that every relevant passage was considered.

  • Version and authority check before summarisation
  • Evidence references checked against supplied text
  • Broad questions divided into reviewable tasks
Turn analysis into a usable decision brief

02 / 04Claude training

Turn analysis into a usable decision brief

A Claude document exercise continues beyond producing a summary. Learners prepare a decision brief that separates source facts, interpretations, options and unanswered questions. They compare two fictional proposals against an agreed checklist rather than asking the tool to choose a winner. Missing information stays visible instead of being filled with plausible assumptions. The reviewer then checks whether the brief changes meaning or overstates the strength of the evidence. This approach suits research preparation, internal reporting and structured writing. It does not turn a general-purpose assistant into a qualified professional, and it leaves legal, financial and other specialist conclusions with the appropriate accountable person.

  • Proposal comparison against explicit criteria
  • Decision brief with an unanswered-question list
  • Human review of meaning and evidence strength
Set up a safe document workshop

03 / 04Claude training

Set up a safe document workshop

The Claude workshop requires an approved account, a suitable device and a source pack cleared for the exercise. Beginners do not need coding skills. The agenda includes a baseline summary, instruction design, source comparison, a guided decision brief and an independent assessment using a new example. We check available document and reuse functions before preparing the session. Fictional records are used unless company material has been approved and sanitised appropriately. Removing names alone may not remove commercial sensitivity. Participants should know which information categories are prohibited and where to raise a concern before they practise uploading or sharing anything in the approved environment.

  • Approved account and document-handling preparation
  • Versioned fictional policy and proposal pack
  • Independent summary and comparison assessment
Keep reusable instructions connected to their sources

04 / 04Claude training

Keep reusable instructions connected to their sources

Claude training can include a repeatable instruction set for recurring document work. Learners record the purpose, source requirements, expected structure and review checks, then test the instructions against a different pack. Where an approved reusable workspace is available, the scope can include arranging those materials for future use. Ownership matters more than the container: someone must retire old documents and review changes to the instructions. Follow-up examines a bounded workplace attempt and the effort needed to verify it. If the next requirement is permission-aware retrieval across company systems, that belongs in a company brain implementation scope rather than an expanded training exercise.

  • Reusable document instructions and source checklist
  • Named owner for source updates and retirement
  • Follow-up review of a verified workplace brief

Before we begin

Your questions.
Straight answers.

How does this differ from Claude Code training?

This programme is for business users working with documents and writing tasks. Claude Code training is for developers who can work with a repository, terminal and tests. The distinction is the learner's responsibility and environment, not an assumption that one course is simply more advanced.

Will Claude find every detail in a long document?

Training does not promise exhaustive recall. Learners practise narrowing a task, identifying the relevant source passages and checking omissions. Important decisions still need appropriate review of the original material. The method is designed to expose uncertainty rather than conceal it inside a polished summary.

Can we build a shared document workspace?

That can be included if the approved account and organisation permit it. Preparation confirms available functions and sharing rules. We also define who updates the source material and instructions. A shared workspace is not a substitute for checking access, document currency or the quality of generated answers.

Can professional services teams attend?

Yes. The learning can reflect document and briefing work without using real client matters by default. Professional obligations and client restrictions shape the safe exercise scope. The course teaches drafting and evidence checks; it does not confer professional authority on the tool or replace specialist supervision.

Your team. Your next chapter.
