What changes for your business
A clear scope. A useful change.
Make Claude useful across your team with approved access, shared knowledge and a practical adoption plan. Paloren helps you scope and deliver the rollout.

Claude Team and Enterprise Rollout Support
A licence is not a rollout.
People can have access to the same tool and still work as isolated experimenters. They repeat context, use different source documents and apply different checking standards. A rollout needs a shared answer to what the tool is for, what information it may use and who owns the result.
We start with one team and a small set of recurring tasks. Your existing administrator and information owner remain involved. The aim is a bounded first release the team can use, not a promise to enable every feature at once.
Next: Agree the account and information boundaries.Claude Team and Enterprise Rollout Support
Agree the account and information boundaries.
We review the intended plan, administration responsibilities, approved information and access needs. Available controls depend on the current vendor plan and configuration. We confirm those in the actual environment before including them in the delivery scope.
Vendor licences remain a separate purchase. We do not represent Paloren as Anthropic, a reseller or a certification authority. Security and legal owners approve processing and contractual requirements; a rollout workshop is not a substitute for their decision.
Next: Prepare shared work before inviting everyone.Claude Team and Enterprise Rollout Support
Prepare shared work before inviting everyone.
Choose approved reference material, useful instructions and a named maintainer. Where supported, shared Projects can give the team a common starting point. A shared workspace still needs decisions about who may view, edit and update the material.
Test the workflow with a missing document, a conflicting source and an out-of-scope request. Reusable instructions should tell the user when to stop and ask, not encourage a confident answer to every question. Any Skills, connectors or Cowork tasks are assessed against the actual permissions and action boundaries.
Next: Train a cohort, then examine the work.Claude Team and Enterprise Rollout Support
Train a cohort, then examine the work.
The first cohort practises a task that matters to its role. Participants prepare the input, review the output and complete another attempt independently. The manager checks whether the method works outside the trainer-led example.
Adoption measures should include accepted work, rework and appropriate escalation. Counting logins alone cannot tell you whether the investment is useful. Wider access follows a decision about the first cohort, rather than being the automatic conclusion of a launch meeting.
Next: Know what is included before the rollout starts.Claude Team and Enterprise Rollout Support
Know what is included before the rollout starts.
The engagement can include readiness review, working-material design, agreed configuration support, cohort training and an adoption handover. Your proposal identifies who makes each administrative change, what testing is included and which integrations are out of scope.
Pricing depends on the number of teams, existing setup, information requirements and delivery responsibilities. Published training ranges do not automatically cover an enterprise rollout. The first conversation establishes the scope and whether training alone would be enough.

Before we talk
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Can you help choose between Team and Enterprise?
We can identify requirements and compare them with current vendor capabilities. The final purchase and contract remain between your organisation and the vendor.
Do you configure security controls?
Configuration support can be scoped with your administrator. We confirm available controls and responsibilities first; independent security assurance is not implied.
Is Cowork included?
It can be considered where supported and approved. Tasks, file access, connected tools and review points must be agreed rather than enabled indiscriminately.
