What changes for your business
A clear scope. A useful change.
Bring practical AI training into your team's working environment. Plan a role-relevant workshop with safe material, hands-on practice and an agreed next step.
Onsite AI Training for Business Teams
Use the room for work, not just a presentation.
Onsite delivery is useful when people need to practise together, compare approaches and get immediate feedback. It is not automatically superior to remote training. The right format depends on the task, access, team availability and learning requirements.
We choose a recurring workflow and a checking standard before selecting exercises. Participants should leave able to repeat a method, not simply remember a demonstration. The session includes a chance to make and correct a mistake while the trainer is available.
Next: Prepare the practical conditions.Onsite AI Training for Business Teams
Prepare the practical conditions.
Confirm the location, cohort, accessibility needs, network access and approved accounts. Each participant needs a suitable device and permission to use the selected tool. If access is uncertain, resolve it before the workshop rather than spending the session on account setup.
Use approved, sanitised or constructed information. A room inside your office does not make cloud processing private by default. Your information owner approves what can be used, and any recording needs separate agreement.

Choose a format that fits the task.
Half-day workshops start from USD 4,500 for 3.5 hours; full days start from USD 7,500 for 6.5 hours. Standard workshop cohorts are 6 to 16 people. All prices are USD.
The proposal confirms preparation, follow-up, travel, accommodation where relevant, taxes and delivery conditions. These are not all-inclusive travel packages. Dates, location, trainer availability and any site access requirements must be agreed before booking.
Next: Make the practice relevant to each role.Onsite AI Training for Business Teams
Make the practice relevant to each role.
A customer-service team might draft a source-linked reply. A manager might challenge a proposal. An operations group might assemble a handover without losing an unresolved issue. We adapt the inputs, output and review standard rather than change only the title slide.
For mixed cohorts, a shared foundation can be followed by role practice. For more complex adoption, a department programme allows workplace trials and manager review. Custom integration is a separate scope from learning to use an approved tool.
Next: Carry the method back into the working week.Onsite AI Training for Business Teams
Carry the method back into the working week.
Name the manager who will support the next task and the person who will review it. Agree the sample, quality criteria and review date. Include checking and rework when measuring time, and do not count unused capacity as realised savings.
Remote and blended options remain available where travel or scheduling would make onsite delivery inefficient. Paloren serves teams globally; this page does not claim an office, trainer base or standing availability in every city.

Before we talk
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Which locations do you cover?
We scope onsite delivery globally, subject to location, dates, trainer availability, access and travel agreement. Remote delivery is available with agreed working-hour overlap.
How many people can attend?
Standard hands-on workshop cohorts are 6 to 16 people. Larger groups may need separate cohorts, facilitators or a different format, confirmed in the proposal.
Does the workshop include software licences?
No software subscription is assumed. We confirm the required approved accounts and any additional costs before booking.
