The work in plain language
Train the work, not the tool.
Paloren trains employees worldwide to use AI on the tasks they already do. Sessions start with an approved tool and a safe practice exercise, then move to role-specific work: customer replies, reports, sales preparation or operations handovers. Learners practise briefing, source checking and escalation, then make an independent attempt. Managers receive criteria for a small workplace trial and a follow-up review. Workshops are available as half-day sessions from USD 4,500 or full-day sessions from USD 7,500 for 6 to 16 people, remote or onsite.
What this can change for your team
- Employees can brief AI with useful context
- Fewer unsupported answers reaching customers
- A review habit that survives the session

What should employee AI training cover?
Your team gets the task, the approved sources and a review habit.
How we make this work
Employee training works best when it starts with a task people already own. Paloren maps the recurring work, chooses an approved tool and builds a practice exercise around it. Learners compare a weak request with a useful brief, work through a guided example, then make an independent attempt. The exercise includes checking facts against sources and deciding when the work needs a person. That method is transferable; the specific buttons are only useful for the tool the team actually has. Sessions are priced as workshops: half-day from USD 4,500 or full-day from USD 7,500, with 6 to 16 people.
- A task employees already own
- Approved tool with checked access
- Independent attempt and review habit

How do you train employees safely?
Your employees use sanitised examples and clear boundary rules.
How we make this work
Practice does not require real customer records. Paloren prepares worked examples and sanitised extracts so employees can learn the method without pasting private information into a tool. Before the session, we confirm the approved application, sign-ins and available functions. Learners know what may be entered, what stays out and who reviews the output. If a company restricts sharing, the exercise still teaches briefing, source checking and escalation; it simply uses supplied materials instead of live data.
- Approved tools and functions confirmed
- Sanitised practice material
- Rules for what may be entered

How are groups and results handled?
Responsibility comes first; independent work proves learning.
How we make this work
Mixed experience is normal, but mixed responsibility needs structure. A shared foundation can teach a common method: define the task, supply context, ask for a structured output and check the result. Role practice then separates marketing briefs from customer replies, sales preparation or operations handovers. Paloren assesses whether an employee can choose a suitable task, provide the necessary context, check the output against its source and escalate correctly. A baseline attempt and a later independent attempt make progress visible. Managers choose a low-risk workplace trial and review accepted work and correction effort at a follow-up. Satisfaction scores stay secondary because they do not show whether the method was applied.
- Baseline and independent attempt
- Source checking and escalation
- Reviewed workplace trial

Which employee tasks work best as practice?
Your team should choose work with volume and a named reviewer.
How we make this work
Start with tasks that happen often and have someone who checks the result. Customer replies, meeting summaries, proposal outlines, report drafts and internal handovers are all suitable. Each has a clear input, a defined output and a reviewer. Paloren maps these tasks with the team before building exercises, so practice reflects the work employees do rather than a generic demonstration. If a task is rare, ambiguous or has no reviewer, it is a poor first choice for training.
- Customer replies with a policy source
- Meeting summaries with approved notes
- Report drafts with a named reviewer

What happens during an employee session?
Your team sees a demonstration, practice, assessment and review.
How we make this work
A session opens with a short baseline task so the facilitator can see starting experience. The method is then demonstrated on a worked example, followed by guided practice in pairs or small groups. Learners make an independent attempt near the end, without step-by-step help. The session closes with a review of common errors and escalation conditions. This structure gives every participant practice and gives the manager evidence rather than attendance alone.
- Baseline task before instruction
- Guided practice on worked examples
- Independent attempt near the end

What do employees leave with, and what does the business own?
Your team gets a reusable method; your business owns access and review time.
How we make this work
Learners leave with a task brief, a source checklist and a review habit they can apply the following week. They know what context the task needs, which sources to check and when to route a decision to a person. A manager receives criteria for a workplace trial and a follow-up review date. Reusable instructions can be added to the team’s own documentation, so the method does not depend on memory after the session ends. Before training, the organiser confirms approved accounts, devices and available functions. Paloren supplies a preparation checklist and helps choose safe example material. The business also needs protected time: one session does not work if participants are pulled back to their inbox every few minutes. Review time after the session matters too, because the manager decides which workplace task becomes the trial and when results are assessed.
- Reusable task brief and checklist
- Escalation and review criteria
- Named follow-up with a manager
- Protected practice and review time

Before we begin
Questions we get asked, answered with numbers
Can you train employees who have never used AI?
Yes. A shared foundation teaches the method without assuming prior experience. Learners work with supplied examples first, then apply the method to their own role once they are comfortable.
Do employees need approved AI accounts before training?
For hands-on practice, yes. Paloren can run a literacy session on supplied outputs without accounts, but applied employee training needs approved logins, devices and agreed functions.
How many employees can attend one session?
One session works best with 6 to 16 people. Larger organisations run several cohorts, usually grouped by role or working pattern, with a shared review standard across them.
What should we send in a training enquiry?
The number of employees, their roles, the tools you have approved and 2 or 3 tasks you want done better. That is enough for a training proposal within 2 business days.
Is training available for remote teams?
Yes. Remote sessions run in your working hours, with protected practice time and a safe way to share work. Onsite delivery is available worldwide with travel charged at cost.
Do you provide certification?
No. Paloren training produces practical skills, assessment evidence and a reviewed workplace trial. It does not issue formal certifications or qualifications.
