What changes for your business

A learning programme your team can keep using.

Paloren can scope a custom learning programme for your organisation. The work starts with role-based tasks and an assessment method, then defines the content, delivery and maintenance required. This is a bespoke engagement, not a claim that a ready-made video library, accredited qualification or licensed SCORM catalogue is already available.

01

Curriculum design

Design around what people must do.

Map the roles and recurring tasks before writing modules. Define the information each group may use, the approved tool and the output a reviewer would accept. A shared foundation can cover task definition and checking; role practice should reflect different responsibilities.

For example, a support team may need to prepare a source-linked reply, while a manager needs to challenge a supplier proposal. They can share a review principle without receiving identical exercises. Each module should lead to an observable task, not only a completion tick.

Next: Choose the blend deliberately.
02

Curriculum design

Choose the blend deliberately.

Live practice supports discussion and feedback. Written job aids help people repeat a method later. Recorded or self-paced material can support dispersed schedules, but it needs an agreed production scope, an update owner and a support route.

We establish which assets will be created and which your team will supply. Recording rights, accessibility requirements, captions, branding, localization and the use of client examples need to be decided before production. No reusable customer content is assumed to be available without permission.

Next: Treat LMS delivery as a technical requirement.
03

Curriculum design

Treat LMS delivery as a technical requirement.

If you need SCORM, xAPI or another LMS delivery format, state the platform, version, reporting needs and acceptance tests at discovery. Compatibility is confirmed through a test package in your environment, not assumed from a marketing label.

The proposal distinguishes curriculum design, media production, packaging, integration and maintenance. It also defines content ownership and permitted reuse. Institutional licensing and white-label rights require an explicit agreement; this page does not offer a pre-existing licensed library.

Next: Assess applied work and keep it current.
04

Curriculum design

Assess applied work and keep it current.

Build assessment around a realistic task with a known trap: a missing source, a changed date or an instruction outside scope. Review the output and the learner's explanation. Completion, confidence and competence are different measurements.

Assign a named owner for updates when the approved tool or business process changes. Version the exercise, instructions and checking criteria together. A programme that stays available but teaches an obsolete interface or control can undermine the intended improvement.

A clear way forward

Before we talk

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Can we buy a ready-made Paloren video course library?

This offer is for a custom-scoped programme. We are not advertising an existing off-the-shelf video or SCORM catalogue.

Can you work with our LMS?

We assess the platform and required formats, then scope a compatibility test and delivery responsibilities before promising integration.

Does the programme provide accreditation?

No accreditation or professional qualification is implied. Assessment and any completion record are specified in the engagement.

Now, let us hear your side.
