What changes for your business

A clear scope. A useful change.

Choose your first AI project with Paloren. Turn competing ideas into a prioritised shortlist with evidence, owners and a clear next decision.

01

AI Use-Case Discovery Workshop

Start with the work, not a tool wish list.

Ask where the team repeats work, waits for information or makes decisions without a reliable view. Bring concrete examples and the people who understand the exceptions. An idea becomes easier to evaluate when it names a task, an input, an output and an owner.

The workshop is not a commitment to build every idea. It should also identify where ordinary automation, clearer information or a process change is the better answer.

Next: Compare opportunities against the same criteria.
02

AI Use-Case Discovery Workshop

Compare opportunities against the same criteria.

For each candidate, examine expected business value, information readiness, system access, review requirements and owner capacity. Write down what is known and what still needs investigation. A high-value idea with no evidence or delivery owner may not be the right first project.

Avoid a scoring model that hides judgement behind decimals. The discussion should explain why one candidate is chosen, which assumptions could change the decision and what evidence would settle them.

Next: Leave with a decision brief.
03

AI Use-Case Discovery Workshop

Leave with a decision brief.

The agreed output can include a prioritised shortlist, the recommended first workflow, dependencies, unresolved questions and a proposed acceptance plan. The brief distinguishes an opportunity estimate from a financial forecast.

For example, an account-preparation workflow might require approved CRM access, a source-linked output and a reviewer who checks missing information. The next step could be a small feasibility assessment, not an immediate production build.

Next: Prepare the right people and material.
04

AI Use-Case Discovery Workshop

Prepare the right people and material.

Invite the business owner, someone who performs the task and someone who understands the relevant systems or information. Use anonymised examples when access to real material is not approved. Leadership participation helps resolve priorities, but the person who handles the exceptions should not be missing.

We scope preparation, facilitation, duration and follow-up around the number of teams and decisions. No fixed ninety-minute guarantee, price or turnaround is implied. A workshop and a full strategy engagement are different levels of investigation.

A clear way forward

Not just an answer. A next step.

Stage 01 / 04

Understand

Agree the business task, constraints and owner.

What you take forward

An agreed scope and named responsibilities.

Practical work with a review standard.

A documented next step rather than an open-ended commitment.

Before we talk

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Do we need a list of AI ideas already?

No. Bring examples of work that is slow, repetitive or difficult to complete consistently. We help distinguish useful candidates from tool-led ideas.

Will you build the chosen project?

Implementation can be commissioned separately. The workshop should produce a brief you can evaluate before committing to a build.

How does this differ from strategy consulting?

A workshop is a bounded facilitated decision. Strategy consulting can investigate a wider set of systems, teams and investment choices over a longer engagement.

Now, let us hear your side.
